Effective October 2, 2026. This covers Bid & Grant Alerts's customers and website visitors.

What we collect

Your name, email and billing details when you buy (payments are processed by Stripe; we never see full card numbers), the preferences you choose (for example a state, city or trade), and basic page-view counts from Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies.

How we use it

To deliver what you bought, send service emails, provide support, and keep records the law requires. We do not sell or share our customers' information.

Service providers

Stripe (payments and the customer portal), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting).

Your rights

Ask us to access, correct or delete your information at support@sabrsoftware.com. We respond within 30 days.

People and businesses in the data

The records come from public government sources. A person listed in them can ask us to remove their record from future deliveries by emailing support@sabrsoftware.com.
